I am an independent restreamer and archivist of street cat feeders around China from the JieMao/Purrrr! apps, also known as Hello Street Cat. The apps are operated by the Chinese company HelloBike. After seeing the feeders on the meow.camera webapp, I used OBS to watch multiple feeders at the same time, which I later decided to start streaming and archiving starting on March 10th 2024. Additionally, I hope to combat any orientalist rumors about the app by providing an archive of some of the most popular feeders.

To use the original Hello Street Cat app to feed the cats you need a Chinese phone number however there is a ported version called "Purrrr" that works with iPhone and Android in certain areas.

meow.camera has a discord server where you can ping users that are able to feed cats when a feeder is empty.
