I will stream games I haven't beaten yet which will tend to be the newest releases. I will not replay games.
Something to know about my way of playing games is I will play a game on the easiest difficulty not because I am bad at games no because I like to beat games as fast as possible. I will not skip through cutscenes or dialog though. I won't play on easy under two circumstances. One, if a game has no difficulty option. Two, the "true ending" is locked behind a harder option.
